The very-best single book on the history of baseball, Absolutely. Encourage reading with a very-easy to-read book, page after page of what-appear-to-be newspaper-like-clippings of the history of the game, players, managers, owners and how the game has evolved. I've looked high & low and found nothing even close to such a magnificent book. I have been looking for copies of this book for 15-years and was prepared to pay $100-per copy for my grandson; I had given my only copy to my other grandson several years ago.
